WITKAC Residence by Aries is an exclusive hotel offering luxury condo apartments built to a 5-star standard, set for completion in the first quarter of 2025. Buyers can choose to purchase an apartment for personal use as a second home or opt into a revenue-sharing model, where they receive 50% of the rental income by signing a lease agreement with the operator.
The investment apartments range from 50 to 76 square meters and come with kitchenettes. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a wellness area with a Jacuzzi and saunas, a lobby bar, café, and ski room.
